Continuïteit van het zorgproces

medXchange Zorg enables a more secure and effective sharing of patient health and medical data between the treating physician, consulting physician, hospital and clinic and other healthcare professionals providing continuity of healthcare. We manage the access and security of confidential medical and health data as well as the access to distributed sources through a meta database structure. Key health and medical documentation of the individual is centralized in the Geïntegreerd Electronisch Patiënt Dossier, IEPD. Medical knowledge base applications support the physician in Evidence Based Medicine (EBM), case - disease management, therapy planning and outcome assessment.

Zorg Service Provider

medXchange Zorg is a Zorg Service Provider that operates all aspects of regional healthcare networks in the Netherlands and Belgium. The framework and business model for Zorg Service Providers is defined by the ministerie Welzijn Volksgezondheid Sport (WVS) and the National ICT Instituut voor de Zorg (NICTIZ) in the document Architectuur Ontwerp Basisinfrastructuur in the Zorg v3. medXchange Zorgprovides the following integration and operational services:
